EEOC orders postal service to do better investigation. Complainant was employed by the USPS (postal service). She filed an EEO alleging discrimination and harassment. After an investigation, the USPS issued a Final Agency Decision (FAD) finding no discrimination or harassment. Complainant appealed to the EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations (OFO). The OFO found that the USPS investigation was insufficient and remanded the matter for further investigation.
