After investigation, he requested a hearing before the EEOC. He alleged retaliation and hostile work environment in five separate claims which were dismissed except for one. The EEOC AJ found in his favor on one claim and awarded attorneys fees. Complainant had requested $146,411.19, but the AJ only awarded $87,846.72 in fees and costs. Complainant appealed to OFO which affirmed the reduced attorneys fee.
