Complainant was a federal employee working for the DHS.Complainant alleged she was subjected to non-sexual harassment base on sex female and subjected to reprisal (retaliation). After hearing, Complaint was awarded $423, 116. 35 in damages and $131,262.50 in attorneys fees. The agency appealed. The EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations (OFO) affirmed the award of damages, but reduced the attorneys fees to $122,150.
