She filed a formal EEO complaint alleging discrimination based on sex, disability, age. She also claimed retaliation for previous EEO activity. She was constructively discharged from her position due to discrimination. She filed a motion requesting a default judgment from an EEOC administrative judge (AJ) She alleged the Agency failed to conduct an adequate EEO investigation. The AJ determined that the Agency had failed to complete the investigation within 180 days and sanctioned the Agency. On appeal, the EEOC found that this sanction was improper.
