Federal employee wins age discrimination EEO claim. Complainant a federal employee at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

He filed an EEO claiming the VA had subjected him to discrimination. The basis for the claim included an allegation of age discrimination.  An EEOC administrative judge (AJ) found that Complainant was subjected to age discrimination and ordered that he receive back pay only. Complainant appealed. The EEOC determined that he was not entitled to any damage other than backpay and affirmed the Agency’s final order.
