An EEOC Administrative Judge has cleared the way for a postal employee to be heard at a hearing on his discrimination claims.  In denying the USPS’s motion for decision without a hearing (motion for summary judgment), the EEOC found sufficient evidence to proceed forward on race and color claims.  The USPS did not dispute that there was sufficient evidence on the employee’s claims of age discrimination.

A copy of the decision is attached hereto.
