On January 5, 2017, the EEOC agreed to the Agency’s decision to dismiss a USPS Supervisor’s claim that a union official made a false case against him. The EEOC found that not allowing the union official’s case to move forward would have chilling effects on the official’s rights to present claims. Roland T. v. U.S.Postal Serv., EEOC Appeal No. 0120161209 (Jan. 5, 2017).
