The plaintiff entered into a settlement agreement with the agency in 2001. The agreement provided that he would work a reduced schedule in the facility of his choice. In 2017, the agency decided to change his work hours into a more suitable schedule to meet the agency’s needs. The plaintiff sued for enforcement of the contract. The court found that there was no set time period in the contract, and therefore 16 years of adherence was reasonable, finding for the agency.
